Project Standard Core — Core Identity & Authority (D1–D2)

Project Standard Core is a policy-first, tool-agnostic standard for making software projects governable before CI/CD, tests, or automation exist.

This package includes Domains D1–D2:

• D1 — Identity & Scope: what the project is (and is not), audience, compatibility posture, lifecycle status
• D2 — Governance & Authority: roles/ownership, decision process, escalation, veto/override, governance change policy

You get:

• A versioned ZIP (v0.1.0) with README, LICENSE, CHANGELOG, the included domain documents, and ENTITLEMENTS.md.

Not included:

• automation / CI/CD workflows
• test strategy or harnesses
• platform templates (.github)
• example projects
• support (unless explicitly purchased separately)
