Project Standard Core — Contribution & Collaboration (D3–D4)

Project Standard Core is a policy-first, tool-agnostic standard for making software projects governable before CI/CD, tests, or automation exist.

This package includes Domains D3–D4:

• D3 — Contribution Model: what a “change” is, how it must be described, classified, scoped, and justified so it becomes an inspectable object (not a negotiation)

• D4 — Collaboration Operations: how change is reviewed, accepted, escalated, and merged through explicit authority semantics (roles/ownership, review gates, escalation, merge legitimacy)

You get:

• A versioned ZIP (v0.1.0) with README, LICENSE, CHANGELOG, the included domain documents, and ENTITLEMENTS.md.

Not included:

• automation / CI/CD workflows

• test strategy or harnesses

• platform templates (.github)

• example projects

• support (unless explicitly purchased separately)
